Bookings

We are happy to be able to provide different events for Science Week free of charge to support your school. We will do our best to accommodate everybody, but some events may be limited. It is why we limit the bookings at 2 classes per school.

Please complete the booking form below and indicate which event you are interested in. You will need to select a venue and a class group in order to see the events. We will review all submissions on Tuesday 22nd October. Please respect the audience. You will only have a short time to RSVP. Please keep an eye on your email inbox (and junk mail). We will do our best to send you a final response by Friday 25 October.

The booking is only confirmed when you get a confirmation – filling out the form is not a guarantee of a place at the event.

If you like to have a group placed in a waiting list, please precise it on the form in the comment section the event (date, time, show), group level and numbers.

We will not share your information with others and will manage it in keeping with SETU’s GDPR policy available here.
